The Website is intended for business stakeholders of IVF clinics and other private medical providers (e.g., owners, directors, marketing, operations). The Website provides information about Irresist and enables eligible clinics to:

• (a) apply to the Founding Clinic Program,
• (b) request a demo or a call, or
• (c) contact us for business enquiries.

4. Founding Clinic Program applications

Submitting an application or enquiry through the Website does not create any obligation for us to accept you into any program, provide services, or enter into a contract. Participation, scope, timelines, and commercial terms are agreed only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

We may accept, reject, or pause applications at our discretion (e.g., due to limited slots, eligibility, capacity, or suspected spam/abuse). We may contact you using the details you provide to follow up on your application or enquiry.

5. No medical advice

Irresist does not provide medical advice. Any information on the Website is for general business information and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinics remain solely responsible for medical decisions, patient communications, and clinical outcomes.

6. Your responsibilities and accuracy of information

You agree to:

• (a) provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting forms,
• (b) ensure you have the authority to act on behalf of the clinic or business you represent,
• (c) not submit information you are not permitted to share (including third-party personal data without a lawful basis).

You are responsible for keeping your own records of any information you submit.

The Website and its content (including text, design, logos, trademarks, and software) are owned by or licensed to Irresist and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for internal business use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

"Irresist" and associated brand elements may be trademarks. No license is granted except as expressly stated.
