Weekly iteration + monthly report. Optional holdout/A-B testing.
What we need from the clinic
- Permission to add a small script tag to the website (or equivalent integration)
- Access to basic analytics (GA/Matomo/other) OR agreement to track key events via Irresist
- A point of contact (marketing/ops) to review changes weekly

We focus on measurable uplift and transparent reporting. Commercial terms are agreed case-by-case for founding partners.
