When you submit an application, we store: clinic name, website URL, your name, role, email, phone (optional), country, and qualification details (traffic/lead volumes, patient segments, tech stack).

Traffic Source Data

We capture UTM parameters and referring URL to understand how you found us. This data is stored in localStorage and included with form submissions.

Technical Data

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) are processed for security and rate-limiting purposes only.
